How do you protect my privacy and personal data?
We only access what is needed to diagnose and repair your device. We recommend backing up and turning off Find My before the repair, and your data is never copied or shared.
How long does a typical repair take?
Many common repairs, such as screen or battery replacements, can be completed quickly. More complex repairs may take a few working days depending on part availability. We will give you an estimate after diagnosis.
Do you use genuine Apple parts?
Yes. Every repair is carried out with genuine Apple parts and Apple-approved tools and processes.
Will my warranty be affected?
No. Repairs carried out with genuine Apple parts keep your Apple warranty intact, and the repair itself is covered by our repair warranty.
How much will my repair cost?
Repairs covered by your Apple warranty or AppleCare+ may be free or subject to a service fee. For out-of-warranty repairs we provide a quote after diagnosis, before any work begins.
