Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your new Apple products. If something isn't right, here is everything you need to know about returns, refunds and your rights as a customer in the European Union and the United Kingdom.

Last updated: 27 September 2026

1. Your right to cancel (14 days)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person you name other than the carrier, receive the products. If you ordered several products in one order and they are delivered separately, the period ends 14 days after you receive the last product.

To use your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision with a clear statement, for example by email or through the form on our Contact page. You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this policy, but it is not required. It is enough that you send your statement before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. How to return a product

  • Contact us with your order number and the product(s) you would like to return.
  • We confirm your request and send you the return instructions and the return address.
  • Pack the product securely, together with all accessories, documentation and the original packaging.
  • Send the product back to us without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal.
  • Keep the proof of shipment and the tracking number until your refund has been completed.

3. Condition of returned products

You may handle and inspect the product in the same way you would in a store, to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Please return the product complete – with all accessories, cables, manuals and the original packaging. Before sending back a device, sign out of your Apple Account, turn off Find My, back up your data and erase the device, so that the product is not locked to your account.

You are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. In that case we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.

4. Return shipping costs

When you withdraw from your purchase, you bear the direct cost of returning the product to us.

If the product is faulty, not as described, or we sent you the wrong item, we cover the return costs. Contact us first and we will arrange the return for you.

5. Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, we refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision.

  • We use the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
  • If you chose a delivery method more expensive than the cheapest standard delivery we offer, we do not refund the additional cost.
  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back, or until you have supplied proof of having sent it, whichever is earlier.
  • For orders paid in instalments, the refund is sent to the payment partner, who adjusts or cancels your remaining instalments.

Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional working days for the refund to appear on your statement.

6. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-configured products – for example a Mac built to your personal specifications (such as a specific processor, memory, storage or keyboard layout chosen by you) that is not a standard configuration.
  • Sealed software that has been unsealed after delivery.
  • Digital content (such as downloadable software or codes) once delivery has started with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal.

These exceptions do not affect your rights if the product is faulty.

7. Dead on arrival (DOA)

A product is considered dead on arrival if it does not work, or shows a hardware fault, when you first take it out of the box.

  • Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number, a short description of the problem and, if possible, photos or a video.
  • After a quick check with you, we arrange the collection of the product at our cost.
  • Once the fault is confirmed, you can choose a replacement with a new product or a full refund.
  • Please return DOA products complete, with all accessories and the original packaging. For bundles, the whole bundle must be returned.

8. Faulty products & legal guarantee

As a customer in the European Union, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for at least two years from delivery. Some EU countries provide a longer period. Under this guarantee we are responsible for any lack of conformity that exists when the product is delivered.

If a product is faulty or does not match its description, you are entitled to have it brought into conformity free of charge by repair or replacement. If this is impossible, disproportionate or not done within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a price reduction or to terminate the contract and receive a refund.

The legal guarantee applies in addition to Apple's warranty. Using Apple's warranty never limits your statutory rights.

To make a claim, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. We will guide you through the next steps.

9. Apple warranty

All Apple hardware products come with Apple's One (1) Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship. You can also claim under this warranty directly with Apple or any Apple Authorised Service Provider, using your invoice as proof of purchase.

Apple's warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, liquid contact, unauthorised modifications or normal wear and tear. Protection against accidental damage is available with AppleCare+, purchased from Apple.

10. Wrong or damaged delivery

If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, or if your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally on the day of delivery, with your order number and photos of the parcel and the product. If possible, note the damage with the courier on delivery.

We will arrange the collection at our cost and send you the correct product, or refund you in full.

11. Products ordered on request

Products that are not in stock are ordered especially for you and can take up to 3–4 weeks to be delivered. You can cancel these items at any time before they are dispatched and receive a full refund. Once delivered, standard products ordered on request are covered by the same 14-day right of withdrawal as any other purchase.

12. Customers in the United Kingdom

Customers in the United Kingdom have the same 14-day right to cancel and the same refund conditions described above, in line with UK consumer law.

If a product is faulty, UK consumer law also gives you the right to reject it and receive a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and if this is not successful, to a price reduction or a refund.

Any UK import VAT or duties charged on delivery are refunded where you are entitled to a full refund under this policy.

13. Model withdrawal form

Complete and send us this form only if you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
